The service was excellent with friendly and informative staff who went out of their way to assist us. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the resort and beach were stunning with clear water. Having a fridge in the room was very handy, although drinks were readily available from the bars. The sunbeds and rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great veranda and plenty of cupboard space. Minor issues like no hot water, a broken shower head, and a non-working telephone were quickly resolved by the attentive Reception staff.
